This role reports directly to Sr. Director of Executive Development on the T&L team and will partner directly with the Senior People Leader for Business, Function and Technical. The person in the role helps to define the talent management strategy and practices for the business with a focus on diverse senior leader talent succession, internal mobility, and development.
Key responsibilities:
Leverage talent data and insights to assess and define the leadership skills and capabilities needed to drive business outcomes now and into the future
Partner with Business and People Leaders to drive executive succession/pipeline discussions and enable high value talent moves across the organization
Use talent management expertise, best practices, and T&L programs, processes, and resources to guide solutions and effective talent decisions
Support the execution of key T&L processes and programs through coaching, consultation, and thought partnership
Serve as the primary liaison between the T&L team and the business, sharing insights to help inform talent management offerings and solutions that best support business needs

Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of organization strategy

Comfortable working with ambiguity and thinking creatively about longer-term, sustainable talent development solutions
Education and experience required:
BA in business and/or human resources related discipline; Masters in OD, Organizational Psychology, HR, or business strongly preferred.
Experience in Human Capital, Talent Management, OD, or HR consulting.
Demonstrated experience in talent management and program management
Demonstrated experience interacting with and advising Directors and Executives in a dynamic, matrixed, global environment
The base pay range for this role is $102,500 - $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
