Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work to enhance Westinghouse’s Talent Acquisition collateral and branding efforts globally. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand Westinghouse’s brand for potential employees. Ideally, you will be creative with a project management attitude, detailed oriented and can develop design concepts within the Westinghouse standards.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

Develop and promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring alignment with organizational values, employer brand, and employee needs. Executes strategic communications, programs, and processes in support of Westinghouse enterprise efforts related to Talent Acquisition. Leads the end-to-end execution of our candidate experience strategy that positively reflects the growth of Westinghouse. Partner with our University Relations team to create university collateral focused on branding Westinghouse as an employer of choice on campus. Develop and builds branding programs in support of candidate branding strategies. Develop and implement global Talent Acquisition communications to inform and engage our employee population in Westinghouse recruiting efforts. Assist in change management processes and tools to support the transformation of the Talent Acquisition organization. Creates and implements communication strategies and campaigns to support HR initiatives.

 

 

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline 5+ years of hands-on experience of transformative work with branding centric impact Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Excellent stakeholder management Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to translate strategic objectives into action. Demonstrated track record of building relationships and working collaboratively. Experience leading change and cross-functional collaboration for large complex global initiatives.
