Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview

The Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Intern works collaboratively with the Manager, Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing to achieve the collective goals of the talent attraction team. This role supports the execution of branding and attraction activities across Canada and the United States including leveraging employer branding concepts and messaging to drive strategic talent engagement in partnership with the marketing and communications teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide keen insight and support to evolve our student and campus talent engagement strategyServe as student lead supporting the Campus Ambassador Program (CAP)Helps ensure consistent brand “voice” across all Magna-approved recruiting communities – from LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Handshake, job postings and morePartners with marketing and communications to develop recruitment marketing materials and other collateral to support local recruitment effortsSupporting major global recruitment technology projectsSupport ongoing “TA Foundations” learning and development series to help upskill internal recruiting teamsWorks with internal groups/divisions in building integrated campaigns and further awareness of Magna as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

Proficient computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Some related experience preferredGreat attention to detailEffective and efficient time management skills

Education / Experience

High School DiplomaCurrently Attending a College or University in the field of Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or Business (Junior or Senior level status preferred)

Special Knowledge / Skills:
