This role is ideal for students who are passionate about recruitment marketing, employer branding, and inclusive hiring efforts.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Social Media & Employer Brand Storytelling** + **Create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to highlight Colgate-Palmolive’s employer brand.** + **Develop employee spotlights and testimonials, showcasing career growth and Colgate-Palmolive’s commitment to reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet.** + **Monitor and track social media engagement trends, with a focus on talent engagement.** + **Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to promote employee-led employer branding initiatives.** **Inclusive Recruitment Marketing & Event Support** + **Assist in creating recruitment toolkits and digital assets for employer brand activations at inclusive hiring events.** + **Support Colgate-Palmolive’s presence at conferences like AfroTech, SWE, and NSBE by helping create content that attracts talent.** + **Work with recruiters to enhance job postings and event messaging for candidate pools.** + **Gather and analyze candidate feedback from recruitment events to improve talent engagement strategies.** **Career Site & Candidate Experience Optimization** + **Assist in career site content updates, ensuring inclusive messaging and strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP) storytelling.** + **Conduct research on inclusive hiring trends and employer brand best practices to enhance career site content.** + **Work on candidate experience research projects to ensure a seamless and engaging hiring process for all applicants.** **What You’ll Gain:** + **Hands-on experience in employer branding and inclusive recruitment marketing.** + **Opportunity to work on high-visibility projects supporting Colgate-Palmolive’s inclusive recruitment initiatives.** + **Exposure to recruitment marketing tools, social media strategies, and corporate branding efforts.** + **Experience working with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)** **Who You Are:** + **Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field.** + **Passionate about inclusive hiring, employer branding, and social media marketing.** + **Strong writing, content creation, and social media engagement skills.** + **Interested in learning about recruitment marketing and employer brand storytelling.** + **Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, marketers, and HR leaders.** **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $20.00 - $24.50 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
