We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic and dynamic Talent Attraction Content Specialist. If you have a flair for storytelling, a knack for creating engaging content and the drive to make an impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

This role offers hybrid working, requiring the role holder to work two days per week in our office in Handforth (Cheshire), with the rest of the week working remotely.

What You’ll Do

Plan, write and execute innovative marketing content across web, social and email channels to attract top talentDevelop and lead content strategies, including short-form video content, that drive applications and boost traffic to our recruitment platformsCollaborate closely with the Talent Attraction Project Manager on national and regional recruitment campaigns, employer brand projects and asset creationWork with internal teams and third-party agencies to create compelling, proposition-driven campaigns and toolkitsMonitor, report and optimise campaign performance to maximize Return on Investment (ROI)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a content-focused role with a proven ability to research, write engaging copy and create short-form video contentSkills in project management with a methodical and organised approach to balancing multiple prioritiesExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levelsA creative thinker with experience in content strategy, storytelling and simple video editingFamiliarity with employer brand initiatives and media trends
