Your Role As a Talent Attraction Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you’ll take on a critical role in shaping our workforce. With your expertise in full-cycle recruitment, you'll help identify and attract top talent to support our continued growth. Talent Attraction Specialists are empowered to partner and collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters and others stakeholders to hire strong and diverse talent. Your Responsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers and recruitment team to understand sales hiring needs and job requirements.Proactively source and engage top sales talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networks.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various sales roles, such as account executives, business development representatives, and sales managers, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.Screen, assess, and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with both skills and cultural fit for the organization.Leverage data and metrics to continually optimize sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to attract the best sales talent.Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and managing candidate communication throughout the process.Collaborate with the broader HR and Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruitment strategies.Manage full-cycle recruitment on select positions dependent on team and organizational needsTravel domestically as required Your Skills and Experiences 2+ years of recruitment sourcing experience, ideally in sales recruitment or related fields.Experience sourcing for logistics-related sales positions preferred. Strong experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean search techniques).Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders across various departments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and candidate experience.Previous experience supporting recruitment for a global or large-scale organization is a plus.French language fluency a strong advantage  Good Reasons to Join Join a global logistics leader and take your recruitment career to the next level!
