About the role: 

Nintex is looking for a Talent Brand Lead to help us tell the story of what it’s like to work at Nintex by bringing our employees’ experiences to life. You will oversee Nintex employer branding and recruitment marketing programs globally. 

You’ll lead employer brand from concept to execution, building out a global employer brand strategy that engages both candidates and internal employees. You will help us build and manage our workplace reputation by ideating, creating and executing authentic content and engaging campaigns that attract and engage top talent throughout the candidate lifecycle.  

You’ll be part of our employee experience team: a global team dedicated to driving the employee experience vision through a set of innovative and connected programs that enable our team members to do their best work. Your role will bring the everyday experiences of your Nintex colleagues to life. 

This role is a hybrid role based in London.

Your contribution will be:  

Talent brand 

Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive talent brand strategy aligned with organizational strategic objectives, employee experience vision, and values.   Partner with employee experience leader in articulating Nintex’s Employer value proposition and employer brand messaging, rooted in our values and new employee experience vision  Creatively and effectively enhance talent brand across various channels, including company careers site & blog, social media, job sites and review platforms, and employer awards/recognition programs.  Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the employer brand both externally and internally, to engage both potential candidates and current employees.  Collaborate with Employee Experience, Communications, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, global colleagues, and ERGs to discover, ideate and deliver people and culture content and campaigns to celebrate and attract diverse talent 

Employee Engagement & Advocacy 

Develop brand ambassadorship across employee base with initiatives that enhance employee engagement and advocacy, partnering with employee experience and communications teams.   Create and grow our employee advocacy programs by engaging employees on social media and growing the impact of our #LifeAtNintex hashtag 

Content creation 

Ideate, create, edit, and schedule engaging content for careers and culture blog, social media, and regular email campaigns. Showcase employee experience and brand narrative through blog posts, videos, employee testimonials, social media posts, as well as recruiter enablement materials and job ad’s.  

Candidate Experience: 

Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience journey, from initial engagement through to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and positive experience reflective of our employer brand. 

Data fluency 

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze/interpret data & insights to measure the effectiveness of employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives and showcase ROI of employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives and uncover areas for improvement  Monitor industry trends, competitor employer brands, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in your space.  

To be successful, we think you need:  

The ideal candidate is highly creative, innovative, driven, and strategic with a background in ideating, managing, and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies for an evolving and/or high growth company at a global scale. You are a: 

Self-starter who is adaptable, creative, collaborative, and fired up about employer brand Natural, empathetic storyteller and excellent communicator Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes, pivots and problem-solves 

Your experience and skills: 

3+ years of talent / employer brand or recruitment marketing experience, and/or 5+ years integrated marketing experience  Demonstrated ability to innovate/experiment while collaborating effectively globally with cross functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Have operated in a globally distributed work environment, or otherwise have international/intercultural experience and interest. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Ability to think strategically and translate insights into well structured, actionable initiatives. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in employer branding and talent acquisition. Fluency using platforms related to the space, such as Glassdoor, Greenhouse, LinkedIn and Gem, to derive insights, make decisions, and showcase Nintex’s employer brands.
