Looking for someone with a passion for creativity, storytelling and innovation. **Job Description** + Brings the employer brand strategy to life through the development and implementation of a consistent execution of the employer brand strategy and alignment to our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). This may include the rollout of new branding materials and the development of training and marketing toolkits that drive adoption and activation by recruiters. + Develops strategy presentations on brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies specific to a line of business, talent pool, specialty or growth areas across our paid, owned, earned and shared channels (e.g.: careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more). + Owns and optimizes the careers site, talent community and CRM content strategy to ensure optimal candidate experience and alignment to our talent attraction objectives including monthly regression testing for newly released functionality. + Researches, evaluates and presents new and emerging trends, ideas and technology to improve our recruitment marketing and employer brand efforts that support business objectives. + Partners with vendors to tag, measure, and report out on full-funnel metrics such as KPI's, reach, and engagement rates to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. + Serves as a strategic advisor to our Talent Acquisition teams and partners with our agency to conduct effective recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content that promote a positive candidate experience.
