As a Talent Brand & Marketing Advisor within PNC's Recruiting Solutions & Outreach Recruiting Marketing organization, you can sit in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Atlanta, GA; East Brunswick, NJ; New York, NY OR Chicago, IL.
The ideal candidate will have experience crafting and writing content across candidate touchpoints, such as candidate emails, the career site and social media channels, that authentically showcases our employer brand.

**Job Description**
+ Brings the employer brand strategy to life through the development and implementation of a consistent execution of the employer brand strategy and alignment to our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). This may include the rollout of new branding materials and the development of training and marketing toolkits that drive adoption and activation by recruiters.
+ Develops strategy presentations on brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies specific to a line of business, talent pool, specialty or growth areas across our paid, owned, earned and shared channels (e.g.: careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more).
+ Owns and optimizes the careers site, talent community and CRM content strategy to ensure optimal candidate experience and alignment to our talent attraction objectives including monthly regression testing for newly released functionality.
+ Researches, evaluates and presents new and emerging trends, ideas and technology to improve our recruitment marketing and employer brand efforts that support business objectives.
+ Partners with vendors to tag, measure, and report out on full-funnel metrics such as KPI's, reach, and engagement rates to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
+ Serves as a strategic advisor to our Talent Acquisition teams and partners with our agency to conduct effective recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content that promote a positive candidate experience.

**Pay Transparency**
Base Salary: $71,500.00 – $119,600.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
**Application Window**
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 01/31/2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
