Job Description

Who We Are:

Talent Business Ventures supports prolific and entrepreneurial clients in their brand and business-building endeavors, working to develop their overall brand strategy, and build scalable, talent-led businesses.

The Role:

The Assistant will support two agents in the Talent Business Ventures department. A general interest in innovation and deal making is required to be successful in this role. Additionally, this individual should be interested in working with talent across CAA's client roster, with a particular focus on Latin clients, and businesses based in Latin America.  In addition to general administrative duties, this role would be ideal for someone who has interest in how entrepreneurial ideas can drive culture, brands, and revenue for CAA and our clients.

Responsibilities:

Administrative duties include heavy phones, coordinating meetings and schedules in multiple time zones, planning travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondenceCreate and maintain pitch decks and provide market research when neededResearch opportunities related to CAA clients and up and coming consumer and technology trendsAssist in identifying new business opportunities for our clientsWork collaboratively and cross-departmentally over all verticals of the agency

Qualifications:

10 months + of professional working experience in an administrative or project management capacityBA/BS from an accredited University or College preferredA passion for pop culture, entertainment and emerging trendsAn interest in Latin culture and businessBi-lingual English/Spanish preferredSelf- starter and interested in exploring new business opportunitiesHighly flexible, highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail and accuracyStrong use of PowerPoint requiredComputer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
