A gross salary of 14,58 euro hourley (8% vacation pay and home working allowance);   

You can work from home for 100% but you have to live in the Netherlands;

What you will do in this role  

Digi-Key is one of the fastest growing electronic component distributors in the world. They are specialized in distributing and supplying electronic components mainly to business-to-business clients. Concentrix supports most of the European customers in eight different languages. Therefore, we are looking for a fluent French-speaking advisor who is accurate, efficient and loves putting a smile on customers' faces.  

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You answer various questions the customer may face during the ordering process. Customers may ask for advice when placing an order, but also think of financial questions, questions related to existing orders and after-sales. To do this, you will receive a paid initial training and follow-up trainings to keep your knowledge up to date.

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week between our working hours of 08:00h – 18:00h;  

have a secondary vocational education (mbo) or work equivalent;  

have general computer skills and interest in technology.
