Talent Consultant Graduate Have you completed your third level degree or are you on track to achieve it? We provide clients with powerful tools and insights to help them make better talent decisions and undertakes 30 million assessments each year in 90 countries and 40 languages. + Rewards: This is about ensuring an organisation’s pay and benefits are equitable in line with legislation and align with their business strategy and culture. + Advisory: This is about helping our clients to evolve their people strategies on initiatives such as skills based workforce transformation, regulatory compliance including pay transparency, culture & leadership and M&A due diligence and workforce integration. + Performance & Analytics: This is about helping our clients to use their data to make better decisions, and it can include workforce analytics, location strategy, DEI dashboarding, pay equity, talent cost optimisation and salesforce transformation. What the day will look like The role of the Talent Consultant Graduate will be to work alongside a team of Consultants to bring innovative and science-backed assessments and professional consultancy to a diverse range of companies across Ireland and Globally. Day to day activities include: + Advising clients on talent solutions, products, and systems + Managing projects, growing client accounts, building relationships with clients + Supporting consultants on projects in rewards, selection, and development + Supporting the commercial team on pitches and proposals + Setting up and administering online assessment centres, surveys and psychometric tests + Demonstrating our assessment and rewards solutions to clients + Offering trainings and sharing talent management standard methodology at events/webinars + Supporting on the technical aspects of assessment: Technical Systems Integration, Statistical Analysis, Solutions Testing + Designing and implementing client solutions including but not limited to: Assessment and Development Methodologies, Situational Judgement Questionnaires, Bespoke Reporting, Competency Frameworks, Interviews, Assessment Centres, Development Centres, Job Analysis and Evaluations, Dashboards, Rewards Benchmarking How this opportunity is different The Talent Consultant role is an autonomous one; your learning and development will be fast-paced and hands-on, giving you essential technical knowledge and client management skills, as well as the opportunity to develop client relationships early on in your career.
