Overview and job responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our HR team . Based in Bogota - Colombia, the candidate will you will be responsible for establishing the talent and development plan in orden to attract and retain the best people.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

1.Lead all processes associated with talent management: personnel administration, talent development, succession planning, training and development

 

2. Perform measurement, monitoring and control of the effectiveness of all processes associated with talent management.

 

3. Guarantee the selection of suitable personnel for the required positions.

 

4. Ensure the definition and compliance with the P3, IDP.

 

5. Ensure compliance with corporate programs associated with talent development.

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We’re are looking for a Psychologist, Administrator, Lawyer or similar field who is eager to succeed and capable of moving in a heterogeneous market with resilience and a customer-oriented approach. We are looking for the following skills and motivations:

 

At least 5 years´experience in Talent Acquisition and Training and Development Planning
Previous experience in HRIS ( SAP, Success Factor, Workday)
A Master’s degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial engineer or Human Resources
Intermediate English

Estamos buscando un Coordinador de Talento para unirse a nuestro equipo de RRHH . Con base en Bogotá - Colombia, el candidato será responsable de establecer el plan de talento y desarrollo con el fin de atraer y retener a las mejores personas.

 

Principales Responsabilidades

 

1.Liderar todos los procesos asociados a la gestión del talento: administración de personal, desarrollo del talento, planes de sucesión, formación y desarrollo.

 

2. Realizar la medición, seguimiento y control de la eficacia de todos los procesos asociados a la gestión del talento.

 

3. Garantizar la selección del personal adecuado para los puestos requeridos.

 

4. Garantizar la definición y cumplimiento del P3, IDP.

 

5. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas corporativos asociados al desarrollo del talento.

 

 

¿A quién buscamos?

 

Buscamos un Psicólogo, Lic Psicología, abogado, Administrador de empresas, con ganas de triunfar y capaz de moverse en un mercado heterogéneo con resiliencia y orientación al cliente. Buscamos las siguientes competencias y motivaciones:

 

Al menos 5 años de experiencia en Adquisición de Talento y Planificación de Formación y Desarrollo.
Experiencia previa en HRIS ( SAP, Success Factor, Workday)
Posgrado en Psicología, Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial o Recursos Humanos o afines
Inglés y Español intermedio-Avanzado
