Working in a fast-paced and demanding trading environment requires a high-positive energy and proactive approach, with a strong sense of customer centricity.

This role is also in close coordination with a high number of stakeholders across different affiliates, locations, and branches (managers, senior management, HR community, other TotalEnergies affiliates...) requiring outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Are you passionate about Talent Development and eager to make a difference? We are excited to announce a new job opportunity for a Talent Developer to join our vibrant team based in Singapore. 


For the population within your scope, you will carry out four main activities:

1.Plays the primary role in employee development for employees within the position’s scope, in close partnership with management:

- With regard to behavioral, managerial and leadership skills, by defining each employee’s development goals and leading appropriate actions while drawing on available resources: evaluations, training, coaching, etc.

- By conducting career assessments at specified intervals or upon request.

- By defining objectives for each employee’s professional development within the position’s scope and/or TotalEnergies as a whole.

- At each major stage of a job change (analyze job postings, help build a resume, coach on interviewing skills, etc.).


2. Oversees internal mobility:

- Provides for appropriate staffing for all jobs within the position’s scope while monitoring compliance with Company policies and ensuring that resources and jobs are allocated in a way that meets the organization’s needs.

- Ensures the integrity, transparency and fairness of the internal mobility process and plays a role in decision-making.

- Coordinates mobility activities within the position’s scope, within the segment and across TotalEnergies, including posting job openings and selecting candidates.


3. Challenges and develops managers in their role as manager-coach:

- Manages people reviews in an advisory role informed by their knowledge of the workforce and the key skills required for the métiers within the position’s scope. Develops talent pools for each métier. Assists the manager in creating individual training plans.

- Assesses the potential of employees within the position’s scope in order to identify candidates for HP programs, bearing in mind Company’s policies on diversity.

- Provides support to the manager regarding organizational issues, interpersonal relationships, and psychosocial risks among team employees.

- Verifies that employee skill sets correspond to organizational needs as métiers evolve and works with management to define what resources will be needed over the medium/long term. Assists in identifying outside recruitment needs.


4. Supports Campaigns and HR projects

- Implements HR policies and ensures compliance with those policies.

- Participates in coordinating and rolling out Campaigns such as Trading Graduate Recruitment, TotalEnergies Survey, Annual Individual Review...

- Ensures the consistency, completeness and accuracy of data entered in HR4U, makes the relevant transactions to keep the system up to date.

- Proposes, builds, and provides dashboards, KPIs and reports on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business-related fields. Additional qualifications are highly advantageous (HR Diploma, Coaching certification, etc.). 10 years of successful experience in a field with a strong HR and people focus, in an international environment. Strong appetite for coaching and for developing teams and managers, backed up by successful experience as a team manager.Knowledge of Company HR policies and processes and/or Trading business activities for internal candidates.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, autonomous, tactful, strong organizational skills. Big-picture perspective; team spirit; open-mindedness; listening skills; people skills and ability to generate new ideas and demonstrate conviction and influence. Fluency in English.
