Job Description

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will support the organization’s talent development service area, shared services, and technical teams in developing and growing employees, leaders, and managers to build a strong, diverse workforce to foster an innovative and productive workplace. In addition, you will perform routine talent development assignments while using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions. Other responsibilities may include succession planning, employee and leadership development, team development, assessment tools, curriculum design, facilitation, training and development needs analysis, and training workshops.

Excellent communication skillsAbility to contribute and work well on a teamProficient in instructional design strategiesExperience in eLearning training developmentSkilled in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools is a plusStrong planning, organizing, and communication skillsAbility to build professional relationshipsGood interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsSupports team members using guidelines and policiesMinimum 3 years’ experience in talent developmentA bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, business administration, or a related area is preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required
