Talent Development Curriculum Specialist
This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement, with occasional travel required. This position offers a base salary range of $60,042 - $105,337 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Create and maintain a curriculum management process to ensure all technical training and leadership development curriculum for all audiences is accurate, aligned and achieving desired business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Creates and maintains an effective process to ensure all curriculums, reference materials and training tools are accurate and aligned for all audiences. 2. Represents the Leadership Development Department in the training request process and accurately assesses the training need to include intended outcome, timeline requirements and associated training costs. 3. Works with instructional designers to analyze, design, implement and evaluate new curriculum. 4. Sources new content solutions based on analysis results and organizational alignment. 5. Leverages expert-level facilitation skills to include instructor led, web conferencing, remote video conferencing, microburst, and mobile learning to engage various audiences and effectively delivery content while managing group dynamics, and unanticipated events. 6. Acts as the liaison between designers, audience owners and subject matter experts to create training solutions and integrate updates into existing curriculum across all audiences. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, communication or other HR related field required Experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and implementing technical training and leadership development programs for a wide variety of audiences required. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience facilitating technical and leadership development solutions to a wide variety of audiences required. • Sheetz Store Operations Management experience a plus Licenses/Certifications • Master Trainer Certification preferred • PHR/SPHR certification preferred Tools & Equipment • Tools and equipment related to the coordination of curriculum management and delivery ACCOMMODATIONS Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
