Talent Development Manager

Position Summary

The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development strategies and initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to inspire a high-performing and engaged workforce that embodies the organization’s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D):

Develop and facilitate talent development programs, including leadership development, skills training, and employee engagement initiatives.Create and deliver learning solutions (workshops, training programs, e-learning) that meet the evolving needs of the business and employees.

Content Development

Design new and revised content for development programs and all talent management programs, including leadership development and internal marketing.

Career Development:

Create frameworks and tools to help employees manage their career growth. Assist in the scheduling of assessments and career development meetings.

Metrics & Reporting:

Regularly measure the impact and effectiveness of leadership development initiatives through feedback, assessments, and key performance metrics, and adjust as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

     Thought Leadership:

Stay up to date on best practices, trends, and innovations in leadership development and organizational development, ensuring Circle K remains competitive in its approach to talent management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or human resources.Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development and training programs.Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate high-quality professional development programsExperience designing curriculum aligned to competenciesCoaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.Strong knowledge of best practices in performance management, career development, and succession planning.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other HR technology platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
