**Requisition Number:** 188755 **Job Description** The Talent Development Manager - Performance and Partner Development will spearhead the performance review and goal management process for the entire enterprise. In addition, this position will partner with business leaders and HR to identify training and development solutions based on skill and competency needs. The Talent Development Manager plays pivotal role in fostering a culture of growth by leading Cintas’s robust mentoring program. **Key Responsibilities Include:** + Lead the development and maintenance of the company-wide performance review and goal management process and tools. Ensure all performance and partner development is aligned with and supporting the business strategies. + Collaborate with the business to analyze partner performance and identify training and development programs based on skill and competency needs. + Partner with HR to provide career pathing, skill building and competency development consultation to their organizations. Evaluate and utilize a skill-based architect model starting with critical roles. + Manage current development and performance tools and identify additional tools/resources aligned with performance and development needs. + Lead a robust mentoring program, including identifying enhancements to the current program on how to match and track mentoring relationships. + Stay abreast of trends with performance management and talent development. Regularly benchmark with other companies to learn best practices in the market and within SAP SuccessFactors. **Skills/Qualifications** Required + Minimum 5 years HR, L&D, or business experience + High School Diploma/GED required + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Demonstrated proficiency with managing projects and vendors + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet Preferred + Bachelor's Degree + Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other talent management software Headquartered in Cincinnati, Cintas is a publicly held company traded over the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CTAS and is a component of both the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index and Nasdaq-100 Index.
