Talent Development Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Program Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage talent development programs that align with organizational goals, including internal mobility, career progression, and pipeline development. Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partner, workforce analytics, and managers to identify key program development needs. Hiring Programs: Develop and manage hiring programs to attract, onboard, and retain talent. Program and Event Management: Oversee logistics and resources for programs and events, including scheduling, communication, and participant engagement. Coordinate events to support talent development, ensuring programs run smoothly. Community Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and educational institutions to support outreach initiatives and strengthen the talent pipeline. Evaluation and Measurement: Measure the success of programs through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Use insights to evaluate and improve program effectiveness continuously. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and identify opportunities for employee development. Inclusive Programs: Ensure all programs are inclusive, promote diversity, and align with company culture.
