Job DescriptionAs a Talent Development Senior Specialist, you will lead the organization’s talent development initiatives, partnering with internal clients to address their training and development needs. You will manage training projects from start to finish, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of talent development best practices. Your role will involve designing and developing online learning solutions, leading training initiatives with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and evaluating the success of training programs to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will support the growth of employees, leaders, and managers, fostering an innovative and productive workplace. Other responsibilities may include supervising and guiding the work of less experienced staff and utilizing effective feedback collection methods to track trends and performance results.
