The Talent Development Specialist is an energetic team player with a can-do attitude. This person thrives on being the go-to member of the team to coordinate and execute on talent initiatives. The Talent Development Specialist will also be the face of the Talent team, responding to inquiries, interacting with internal customers, and providing an experience that represents our Regal Rexnord values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports planning, administering, delivery and seamless collaboration of key projects, programs and initiatives across the Talent team.Assists with creating ad-hoc reports, status updates and internal presentations and online tools/resources.Coordinates talent assessments and supports projects related to the learning management system (LMS).Serves as a liaison to vendors, consultants and contractors; processes invoices and billing and budget tracking.Provides event coordination and manages logistics for in-person and virtual learning experiences.Organizes tasks, sets up automated workflows and processes to maximize productivity and capacity.Leverages technology to assist with a variety of tasksSupports the talent management team and works with external vendors for invoicing, SOWs, travel arrangements and other items as necessaryEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience with talent management, learning & development or leadership developmentAssociate’s degree preferred in a relevant business-related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Proven ability to problem solvePositive, upbeat team member who thrives on supporting the team.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Coverage
