Role Overview: As a Talent and Development Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our people and culture initiatives. You'll work closely with managers to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment. From driving recruitment efforts to crafting impactful training and development programs, your role is pivotal in aligning our workforce with our business objectives.\n

What You'll Do:\n

Recruiting & Onboarding: Lead the charge in attracting and onboarding exceptional and diverse talent. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure we are a leader in creating a diverse and equitable workplace. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, craft diverse hiring strategies, and ensure an engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Assist in creating programs that promote an inclusive and values driven culture.\n
\n

Learning & Development: Design and deliver innovative training programs that elevate team performance. Keep our employees informed and skilled with strategically aligned development opportunities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and best practices.\n
\n

Employee Relations & Performance Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management and employee relations. Implement solutions to enhance workplace collaboration and drive performance excellence.\n
\n

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure our HR practices are compliant with federal and state regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve our programs to meet evolving needs and enhance our organizational culture.\n
\n

What We're Looking For:\n

Education & Experience:\n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field\n5+ years of HR experience in a generalist role, including recruitment, employee relations, and training\nProven track record in developing training programs and managing HRIS systems\nPHR\/SHRM-CP certification preferred\n\n
