Skills and CompetenciesAtleast 4 years of experience in L&D-with experience in LMS content administration Prefered knowledge and experience of Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. Cornerstone certification (Specialist or Expert) desirable Experience with HTML and Javascript Experince Nice to have exposure with PowerBI / Power Automate Proficiency in MS Suite Excellent project management and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Familiarity with learning & development environment and Adult Learning Theory Education

Bachelors in any discipline

ResponsibilitiesStrong technical skills to oversee and maintain the LMS to facilitate seamless learning experiences while aligning with organizational objectives, with a focus on mandatory training programs Builds, manages and enhances relationships with internal (i.e., Legal, Compliance) and external stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and engagement strategies to align with objectives, ensuring project success and mutual satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues in collaboration with IT and HR systems teams, ensuring smooth operation and integration. This involves identifying problems, proposing solutions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements, improving user experience and system functionality Effectively manage and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient administration of the LMS. This includes overseeing content management and user support, while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines to meet regulatory sensitive timelines Optimize LMS functions such as dynamic groups and assignments to ensure employees receive appropriate assignments based on department, jurisdiction and other criteria. Leverage and adapt to new emerging learning techology/tools (i.e., AI) to create innovative learning experiences Maintain comprehensive documentation of operating procedures, guides, and support materials Ensure the quality and accuracy of content in the learning management system Address learner support queries and, where necessary, triage to stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as part of a matrixed team, including knowing when to engage colleagues and work collectively. Oversee testing of curriculum builds and system new features in lower environments Proactive advocate for LMS capabilities and best practices aligned to Moody’s University objectives.About the team

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning and development initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, deliver, and oversee digital learning experiences, including Moody’s University our employee facing learning management system (LMS).
