Talent Engagement Specialist
Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 2 years of experience in program or project management. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. + Experience using data to generate insights and translating insights into operational actions that yield positive impact. + Experience in project management, delivering results, with effective attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage engaging demands. + Ability to conduct on-going reporting and data analysis, including but not limited to detailed tracking of event. + Excellent data-driven problem-solving skills. + Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills to enable consultative solutions. You'll be focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for Google's long-term hiring needs, and you are the glue that ties together a cross-functional and international group of recruiting teams. As a part of Google Recruiting team, Talent Engagement team's mission and purpose is to know, attract and engage diverse talent to build Google. In this role, you will be responsible for building a Go-to-Market Strategy for engaging and activating talent through various programs in the space of campus outreach (Full Time and Internships), Apprentices. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. + Serve as the Talent Outreach SME on the assigned demographic group, providing insights to improve outreach to and inclusion of those groups in our programs. + Understand engaged landscape as it relates to engagement of the assigned demographic group, and share learning with the team. + Develop relationships with internal stakeholders aligned to the assigned demographic, including ERG leaders. + Conduct on-going reporting and data analysis, including detailed tracking of events.
