This role is located onsite with a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH.

Champion Internal Storytelling & Employer Branding

Curate and amplify the Arhaus employee experience through compelling storytelling and creative engagement initiatives. Design multi-channel communication strategies that celebrate employee achievements, highlight career growth opportunities, and bring our brand’s rich history and entrepreneurial spirit to life. Partner with Marketing, HR, and Leadership to ensure our internal culture mirrors the innovation, artistry, and craftsmanship that define Arhaus.

Develop and execute content-driven engagement campaigns, including employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes narratives, and immersive learning experiences that reinforce company values. Leverage digital platforms, visual storytelling, and experiential events to inspire connection and pride in being part of the Arhaus journey.

Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of engagement, onboarding, and development programs. Identify opportunities to enhance impact, track employee progress, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Foster Collaboration & Build Strong Partnerships
Work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and external partners to ensure talent development initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Champion a culture of learning and innovation at every level of the organization. Harness Technology to Enhance Learning & Engagement
Utilize Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and other digital tools to create, manage, and deliver visually compelling, interactive, and accessible training and engagement programs. Qualifications & Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience in talent development (learning & development) or marketing (with a focus on building and fostering culture and engagement).  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Strong experience with project management, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and manage resources effectively. Experience with performance management systems, employee development, and/or engagement strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite, as well as other tools for training and content creation. Ability to assess and improve employee experience across the entire talent lifecycle. Experience in data tracking and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness and employee engagement.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines. Deep understanding of talent development best practices, including onboarding, employee growth, performance management, and employee experience. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using digital tools to design and deliver training, content, and development programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze employee data, interpret feedback, and identify trends that inform decision-making. A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating a positive and engaging experience for employees. A commitment to staying current on industry trends in talent development, employee experience, and performance management.
