Summary of role:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly organized and team-focused Program Manager to lead, coordinate, further develop and expand our new college graduate rotational program. The ideal candidate will have a talent-focused mindset and a proven ability to influence key stakeholders while implementing an engaged and innovative development program initiative. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating of our Talent Acceleration Program for an outstanding employee experience. The ideal candidate must be motivated by the desire to accelerate GF talent and nurture program success at all levels.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate GF's rotational program- Talent Acceleration Program.
Execute the vision, metrics, program elements, and infrastructure to enable growth at GF
Collaborate with cross functionally with the University Team, Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, and business leads to develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and assist with orientation and assimilation
Align with project steering committee, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, assignments, and timing for each program & program participant
Serve as a primary point of contact for TAP and leadership, supporting the day-to-day detailed aspects of program across multiple organizations and regions
Evaluate and improve training and rotational components based on feedback and outcomes; analyze program effectiveness through metrics & reports
Develop and expand rotational programs to Technology, Manufacturing and beyond.
Partner with key business stakeholders to establish necessary program controls, governance, and standards for engaging with business teams & program participants
Manage cohorts of TAP through their developmental assignments and projects to ensure flourishing relationships, deep skill development, and rapid business contributions.
Provide closed-loop communication on program milestones for management, participants, and key stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
6+ years of experience in project management, talent development, or human resources roles
Ability to collaborate globally and cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders
Program design and implementation experience, including strong planning and organizational skills
Project management skills, including the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity, remain organized, and multitask effectively
Strong written and oral communication skills
Travel - Up to 10%
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Project management certification
Previous work with New College Graduates & early career populations
Experience in the semiconductor industry a bonus
Expected Salary Range
$66,800.00 - $120,700.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
