About the Team:

The Talent Experience and Learning (TEAL) Team is looking to hire multiple interns to support the 3 functions of the team. As a part of the HR department, TEAL provides internal employee support in the following areas:

Talent Readiness (TR): Focuses on the delivery and operations of company/employee goal alignment programs, the employee performance review cycle, the merit/promotion cycle, and employee career development programs. Position will be hybrid based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

Employee Experience (EX): Enables workplace culture and employee engagement, including internal companywide celebrations, recognition programs, new hire onboarding, employee surveys, health & wellness programs, and more. Position will be hybrid based out of Irvine, CA, Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX

Learning & Development (L&D): Provides internally designed and developed learning and training offerings for all employees. Delivers and facilitates employee leadership development programs at the individual contributor, people manager, & executive level. Position will be hybrid based out of Irvine, CA.

What You’ll Do:

When applying for a TEAL Team internship, candidates will be considered for a role supporting any one of the three functions; however, candidates may request consideration for a specific function. All TEAL interns will:

Demonstrate a professional, friendly and helpful attitude towards all employees and key stakeholders

Manage their own day-to-day work schedule and attend all meetings on time or communicate in advance any scheduling conflicts

Communicate electronically with timeliness, detail, and reliability

Take ownership and accountability of all assigned responsibilities and tasks

Proactively find ways to add value and efficiency to the organization, including following-up on any action items in a timely manner

Manage their time effectively within a 40-hour work week with the appropriate meal and rest breaks, no meal penalties, with only pre-approved overtime

What You’ll Need:

For all three functions (TR, EX, and L&D), we are seeking interested candidates that meet the following criteria:

Actively seeking a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration. Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026

Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employees

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including virtual presentation skills

Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects

Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work In an Independently remote role

Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with a can-do attitude and willingness to pivot directions

Talent Readiness Intern:

Create and update internal company intranet pages with up-to-date information

Manage shared document repositories and folders (I.e., Box, Google Drive)

Support the team with administrative tasks relating to program participation tracking for all Talent Readiness program scheduling maintenance

Draft and send heads-up and reminder communications companywide to employees regarding program launches and due dates

Provide virtual session support during the launch of multiple employee readiness programs, including CARs (bi-annual employee review process), Falcon Rising (leadership coaching program), and career development programs (i.e. Career Growth Playbook and Career Ladder Framework)

Perform administrative duties related to Falcon Rising, including participant usage tracking and program license usage

Assist with editing, formatting, and proofreading content and presentations

Employee Experience Intern:

Support day to day coordination of Employee Experience programs such as FalconFit Total Wellbeing, anniversary and recognition programs

Provide ongoing support for CrowdStrike employee Onboarding events and experiences

Assist with Employer of Choice recognition and awards submissions (i.e. Great Places to Work)

Collaborate with Marketing team to develop program branding

Conduct survey analysis that evaluates program effectiveness and implement improvements

Assist with collecting and analyzing feedback from employee engagement surveys

Develop engaging and informative employee communications and presentations designed to keep employees knowledgeable about HR initiatives

Build relationships across the organization and work on cross functional projects or initiatives

Assist in tracking annual Employee Experience budget

Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreading

Learning & Development Intern:

Maintain L&D course lists and delivery calendar

Support the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks relating to course registration, tracking learner attendance, and follow-up communications

Provide guidance and support for employees requesting assistance with learning related questions

Administer learning surveys, review survey reports, and conduct post-program analyses

Build and update Internal learning prgoram L&D Intranet pages

Oversee and organize course content materials (i.e. class presentation decks, facilitator guides, course handouts) in repositories and folders (I.e. Box, Google Drive)

Assist in researching material and other content for L&D courses

Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreading

Bonus Points:

Strong proficiency with graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) or video production software (i.e. iMovie, FinalCut Pro)

Previous work experience in a customer-facing / service-oriented job

Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organization
