We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Talent Growth & Development (TG&D) Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The TG&D Analyst will contribute to the overall strategy and execution of all initiatives related to TG&D at OPENLANE. These initiatives include performance, learning, and talent management. The TG&D Analyst will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design solutions, create support materials, maintain records and data, facilitate training, and other administrative tasks to support program success.

You Will:

Create clear and engaging training and development resources and supporting communications. 

Work with project owners, and stakeholders to understand TG&D solution needs, and support efforts. 

Create resources and communications in support of change management initiatives.

Manage and maintain current resources such as policies, procedures, forms and training documentation.

Update training content and assignments regularly to comply with OPENLANE’s compliance requirements.  

Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer support to Workday Ticket inquiries and requests. 

Contribute to the development of new processes and methods supporting TG&D initiatives.

Ensure administrative continuity of TG&D initiatives including performance management, learning, talent, Insights Discovery, Workday, etcetera. 

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Growth and Development, this role will collaborate with Human Resources team members, project stakeholders, and external partners on a regular basis.

Must Have’s:

3+ years of experience in training, eLearning development, communications, technical writing, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience. 

Demonstrated success in working within a Human Resources or customer support team.

Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service. 

Nice to Have’s:

Experience with training development software such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar software.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS), Workday, or other Human Resources Information Software.
