What You Can Expect
As our Talent Management Advisor, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and enhancing talent management programs that strengthen our organization’s capabilities, agility, and competitive edge. You’ll bring a creative problem-solving approach to develop scalable, sustainable solutions that seamlessly blend best practices with business goals. This position is based in Houston, TX, reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Talent Management.
You will develop and maintain Human Resources (HR) systems that support effective tracking, reporting, and accountability for our development programs Diligently measure and refine talent solutions, driving a mindset of continuous improvement Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to strategically design impactful talent programs Shape regional structure and strategies for group programs, aligning with broader organizational goals Provide proactive, clear updates to leadership and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on project progress, processes, and timelines to ensure alignment and transparency
What You’ll Bring
You hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Talent Management with proven project management experience; In lieu of the educational requirement, we will accept a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant industry experience in Talent Management and project management
You work effectively in a lean team environment, collaborating closely to meet shared goals and deliverables You bring in-depth expertise in strategic planning, program design, and change management, with demonstrated experience creating and executing successful talent management programs You excel at building strong partnerships and engaging stakeholders across levels to foster trust, alignment, and collaboration on strategic initiatives, both within North America and globally You are knowledgeable in project management and skilled in client-focused engagement, ensuring client needs are met and relationships are strengthened, particularly with senior leadership You are proficient in measuring and reporting on program impact, adept at tracking metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making You possess strong communication and leadership skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly, inspire teams, and guide initiatives to successful outcomes
Additional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of three (3) days in office and two (2) days working remotely Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time with the need for some overnight trips Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $96,100 – $134,925 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
