Talent Management Associate

The Talent Management Associate (TMA) provides a wide variety of logistical, administrative, and
customer service support services to the Talent Management unit as well as administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Talent Management Strategy and HR Operations. This position has heavy interaction/communication with applicants, internal HR colleagues, and internal users of the University's applicant tracking system.
The TMA will participate in weekly recruitment meetings, initiate background checks, and assist with coordination and participation in recruiting events and programs. In addition, the role will provide support to the recruitment process across the University, including distribution of job requisitions to the recruitment team, recruitment administration tasks for faculty, temporary and bargaining unit positions, and system administration and reporting in the applicant tracking system.
