Talent Management Lead
**Job Family** **:** Talent Management **Travel Required** **:** Up to 10% **Clearance Required** **:** None **What You Will Do** **:** Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Management Lead will focus on the successful management of talent management programs and strategic initiatives. They will work well within a fast-moving, high-growth organization, build effective relationships across the business quickly, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Their duties will include, but not be limited to: + Ensure successful management of talent management programs and initiatives, such as + talent reviews: managing process to systematically identify high potential employees and future leaders at various levels of the organization and plan for their future development + succession planning: managing process to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for organizationally critical roles. + career pathways: develop range of pathways aligned with our career framework and job families to illustrate the range of career development possibilities at Guidehouse + leadership development: collaborate with learning & development on programs to strengthen the skills and competencies of our people managers and leaders + critical skills: assist in the creation of an enterprise critical skills strategy, ensuring we have the needed resources to deliver quality services to our client + mentoring: develop and manage an enterprise mentoring program that will drive business results and develop our people + Manage large and complex strategic initiatives with limited guidance or oversight, coordinating and driving project delivery and associated change management, communication, and training. + Conduct research and contribute to the design and development of various talent management solutions that address organizational needs. + Assist with developing and implementing strategic and innovative best practices – including how to leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Machine Learning – to position the company for the future. + Serve as a thought-partner to the Director for Talent Management + Work collaboratively across all Human Capital functions and company segments to ensure successful delivery of value-added service to all employees. **What You Will Need** **:** + Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. + At least Six (6) years of relevant experience. + Talent Management expertise of and experience with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathways, critical skills strategy, leadership development, mentoring, etc. + Program and project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple talent management programs concurrently across the organization. + Knowledge of current and emerging best practices related to talent management + Track record of innovation and creativity within talent management + Skills in content/resource development, and the ability to educate employees at all levels of the organization on talent management programs. + Presentation skills and ability to engage a range of audiences. + Knowledge of change management tools and frameworks. + Ability to introduce and apply fresh ideas and creative solutions to stimulate discussion and thinking. + Excellent interpersonal, influencing, collaboration, consensus building and stakeholder management skills + Ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into actionable insights + Effectively identifies, assesses, tracks, and mitigates issues and risks at multiple levels + Highly flexible and adaptable to changing environment and shifting priorities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + Experience with mergers and acquisitions. + Experience with IPOs + Experience with continuous improvement. + Experience and awareness of cultural transformations. + Experience in multinational corporations + Experience with talent and performance enablement in Workday (Talent Optimization, Skills Cloud, Performance Reviews, Succession, etc.) + PHR/ SPHR/ SHRM CP/ SHRM SCP / TMP + Experience in a professional services firm preferred The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00.
