What you’ll do: 

Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of the performance management cycle, mid year reviews and check-ins in close partnership with the Business Partners. Lead a small team of learning professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them excel in their roles. Ensure our survey strategy gathers insights and drives continuous improvement across our employee lifecycle surveys. Manage the talent review and succession planning process in close partnership with business partners. This role includes analysis and assisting the business partners with their role of building a robust pipeline of future leaders. Create, facilitate, and oversee development and coaching programs and initiatives for all levels of the organization including leaders. Supporting the creation and execution of our comprehensive people development strategy, focusing on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and our internal talent marketplace. This includes getting hands-on with data analysis to develop actionable plans and strategies that support our talent development objectives.

What you’ll bring: 

A minimum of 8 years of work experience in talent development/talent management, with at least 3 years managing a team of learning professionals. Demonstrated end-to-end experience in performance management cycles, coaching, and leadership development. HRBP or compensation experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in excel, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for developing and facilitating impactful training programs. A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
