Talent Management Specialist

The Talent Management Specialist will support the talent initiatives and processes at LCS, including performance management, career development, succession planning, employee engagement, Talent ID and exit Interviews.

The Role: 

Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal tools, processes, and training programs.  Assist in the development and maintenance of succession planning processes and tools. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles. Conduct talent reviews and facilitate discussions on talent gaps and development needs. Organize and facilitate Talent ID review sessions. Lead participants through discussion and record and aggregate feedback.  Support employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with survey vendors to design and disburse employee surveys. Participate in focus groups, and action planning. Analyze survey data and identify trends to inform engagement strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of recognition programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as HR system implementations, policy revisions, and organizational change initiatives. Provide support and assistance to other members of the HR team as needed.

 

Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.  2 - 4 years of related experience required. 

 

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required.  Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and best practices preferred.

Travel Frequency: 0-10% 

Estimated Salary Range: $64,000 - $80,000

The actual title & salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
