ROLE SUMMARY
The role of the Talent Management Specialist will provide timely support to the Talent Management activities and initiatives under the Global Solutions-HC service delivery function. This role will serve as an experienced HC Professional in supporting the ongoing Talent Management activities related to (Performance Management – Talent Identification – Critical Roles identification – IDPs, Succession planning and projects).

ROLE PROFILE

Implement transactional backend Talent Management processes on SuccessFactors end-to-end in close coordination with the Human Capital Digital Experience team and in accordance with the agreed SLA timelines.Support in providing Talent Management communications and content management, i.e., TM COE emails, managing Workplace, etc.Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent performance team by supporting projects, conducting research, analyzing programs, and providing critical feedback that helps solve team problems or improve talent performance processes andPartnership with the assigned Operating Companies and act as a trusted shared services focal point.Play the role of the project coordinator / planner for the assigned projects.Provide regular, periodic, and ad-hoc reports to Operating Companies following the standard SLA timelines.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines.Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLAs.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with other HR systems such as Talent Management systems (Success Factors preferred).B.A. in a business disciplinePrior experience with talent assessment and succession planning is preferred.Demonstrated customer orientation and detail-orientation, commitment to flawless execution.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills working all level within the organization.
