Our client, a prominent non-profit organization in sports, seeks a dynamic, experienced Employee Experience Manager to join their team in Queens. The ideal candidate possesses experience managing the process of overseeing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and employee offboarding. This candidate will conduct full cycle recruiting efforts for all open roles, in addition to building out talent management programming for the organization and creating job architecture and leveling. Strong organizational skills, great communication both written and verbally, and the ability to champion multiple projects at once with competing deadlines are all characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. Bachelors' degree, required.5+ years of progressive HR experience specific to talent management.The ability to design job architecture and leveling, as well as design learning & development programs.Strong organizaiton skills, and the ability to multitask to champion multiple projects.The salary range for this role is $100k-$120k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
