Talent Marketing Activation Specialist - Americas
About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Talent Marketing Activation Specialist to bridge the gap between the Global Talent Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) and the North America and LATAM talent markets. In this role, you will shape how Ericsson’s employer brand resonates across the region while gaining exposure to global projects that drive innovation in talent marketing. Reporting to the Americas Head of Regional TA Delivery, you’ll collaborate with global teams and regional stakeholders to craft tailored marketing strategies that attract top talent and reflect the diverse cultures of the region.

What You Will Do

Localize and Execute Global Talent Marketing Strategies:

Collaborate with the Global Talent Marketing CoE to adapt employer branding, EVP messaging, and recruitment marketing strategies to fit regional nuances and talent audiences.Customize talent marketing and messaging for different talent personas in Canada, US and LATAM to resonate with local preferences, values, and work culture expectations.Develop and execute regional talent marketing campaigns for critical roles, ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s global employer brand guidelines and achieving measurable improvements in application rates and quality.

Drive Regional Employer Brand Activation:

Lead the regional activation of global and local campaigns across digital channels, events, and partnerships, and the broader candidate and employee experience to enhance employer brand visibility.Support regional initiatives by integrating broad talent audience into marketing efforts.

Manage Regional Marketing Channels:

Explore and leverage regional social media platforms, job boards, and other channels to amplify employer brand messaging.Curate and create regional content that aligns with the CoE’s global content strategy and calendar, ensuring relevance to the region’s talent audiences and achieving increased engagement on targeted platforms.

Analyze and Optimize Regional Performance:

Monitor and report key metrics such as employer reputation, application conversion rates, and campaign performance for the region. Provide feedback to the CoE on regional insights to influence global strategy improvements.

Support Talent Pool Development:

Activate and engage regional talent pools by implementing campaigns targeting passive candidates, alumni, and silver medalists with the goal of increasing pipeline engagement.Collaborate with the CoE to ensure alignment on pipeline management strategies.Partner with Internal Stakeholders:Work closely with the TA Delivery function to understand needs and challenges, translating them into effective marketing solutions.Provide regular insights and share campaign results with the TA Delivery organization to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to communicate key initiatives externally and ensure message alignment.You Will Bring: A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related fields, preferably in a global organization.Strong understanding of regional market trends, talent behaviors, and cultural nuances impacting talent attraction.Experience in executing localized marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events.Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience in tailoring marketing efforts to reflect these values.Proficiency in English and Spanish.
