Talent Acquisition resource will be responsible for end to end recruitment for Digital and non digital needs.
- Understanding the role in detail and create a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role.
- Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals.
- Using technology and its advancements to create a proactive and ongoing talent pool.
- Identifying bottlenecks in the selection process and partnering with you hiring manager on resolving those.
- Being a talent advisor to your stakeholders and ability to find solutions to difficult situations
- Delivering a great customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders like your candidates, leaders, hiring managers and peers.
- Focusing on creating strategies and process that will deliver superior level of candidate experience.
- Driving operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.
- Partnering with the Hiring Manager to work on common projects that will impact cost, time and quality of hiring.
- Continuously learning about market trends and applying your learnings to the current processes
