About the role 

We’re looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (12-months) for our India (Noida) team that will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for Ouro.  You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, conduct candidate screening, manage interview scheduling, and guide qualified candidates through the offer process.  This role acts as a strategic partner in the hiring process to ensure Ouro acquires the best talent for open positions

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with department heads (Technology and Product) to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles

Actively identify qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals 

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule/conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications

Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and promote inclusivity in the hiring process

Contribute to the development and communication of the company's employer brand to attract top talent

Build a network of potential candidates for future openings by proactively engaging with passive candidates

Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant expertise in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on technical recruiting 

In-house, corporate experience paired with high-volume recruiting focus 

Global recruiting experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers and candidates 

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels 

Expertise in sourcing candidates through different channels

Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit 

Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements 

Proficiency in Ashby or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools 

Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
