This role will lead programs focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management through driving projects, processes, programs, and tools in support of strategic business initiatives. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with human resources partners, business stakeholders, cross functional teams, and business customers to define the strategy, framework, policies, workflows, technology, and operating model for delivering Talent solutions across the organization, bringing together all key participants in advancing programs from start to finish
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Support projects related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management process improvement opportunities, including system enhancements, exploring vendor partnerships, and focusing on continuous improvement. Partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers on recruitment marketing efforts including initiating programmatic initiatives, Google SEM recommendations, and other talent attraction channels with our recruitment marketing vendor. Align Recruitmentt Marketing budget to business segment needs, partnering across Employer Brand, SSC recruiting teams, DC recruiting teams, and Store recruiting teams. Partner with vendors to identify ways to drive efficiency through tools, resources, and technical enhancements. Design and deploy processes and influence the use of these processes across HR teams Partner with vendor stakeholders to align Talent Program timelines and goals with other initiatives to maximize resources and project outcomes Provide guidance, direction, and support to internal project team members, including functional and technical partners, business process managers, process owners, and other subject matter experts Serve as an advocate/champion for HR programs, building, promoting, and driving best practices across the HR function Proactively provide continuous needs analysis and business recommendations to drive needed change in support of Talent strategy and scalability goals/needs within the Talent space Utilizes data analytics to gather, sort, analyze, and report on meaningful and understandable information in the advancement of projects and/or on-going work. Provides project management (including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, etc.) of the implementation of key Talent focused programs Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR functional areas in order to gain alignment, support, and accelerate change Responsible for Talent team reporting, data and analytics, including information on internal metrics and external benchmarking metrics. Monitor and report on program status to all stakeholders May be included in team engagement opportunities and planning of development opportunities for Talent team. Required QualificationsExperience: 5+ years Program Management or related HR experience focused on implementing and supporting key HR initiatives. Demonstrated project management experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required. Any suitable combination of experience and education will be considered.
Professional Certifications: Preferred Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification Preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience in reporting complex data and timeline status updates on projects Hands on practice experience with Project Management tools including MS Project, Jira, etc. Experience utilizing data analytics to interpret trends and recommend potential solutions to complex HR related problems Strong influence, relationship building, customer service and communication skills to collaborate across HR functional areas.
