Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment, adept at swiftly building candidate pools against diverse requirements.
Proficient in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent.
Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game.
Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality.
Committed to continual learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally.
