Job Title: SourcerJob Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs. You will develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates, build talent pipeline solutions, and participate in various stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and closing. Responsibilities + Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs. + Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates and build talent pipeline solutions. + Participate in candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and close. + Source and develop a pool of qualified applicants using techniques such as internet searches, professional associations, direct sourcing, networking, community relations efforts, employee referrals, print and electronic media, and cold calling. + Post job advertisements on job boards and relevant sites. + Maintain relationships with candidates and keep them informed about the interview process. + Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data. + Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, networking events, and other related events. + Provide input on process improvement opportunities. Essential Skills + 3+ years of recruiting experience (technology/manufacturing recruiting experience preferred). + Experience with applicant tracking systems. + Proficiency in candidate screening and resume evaluation. + Experience in full-cycle recruiting. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience. + 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or sourcer role, in-house and/or agency. + Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks). + Ability to build and maintain a broad network of professional relationships. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong organization skills and diligence, with a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior start-up experience desired. + Experience with high volume technical or operational, exempt recruiting. + Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Work Environment This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the first few weeks of training on site Monday through Friday. Regular work hours are from 8am to 5pm. You will have the opportunity to work at the largest lithium-ion battery plant in North America and be a part of an exciting new venture in the EV space. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
