Talent Sourcing Partner - Commercial and Investment Banking

We have a unique and exciting regional talent sourcing opportunity aligned to our Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) business.

 

As a Talent Sourcing Partner for the Commercial & Investment Banking Front Office, you will partner with recruiters and recruiting project teams across the North American region. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the markets you cover and the talent within. You will act as a brand ambassador for the firm and market career opportunities, ensuring that the firm has a diverse pipeline of current, and future talent that meets our hiring demands.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques to attract candidates including but not limited to: leveraging Internet research, advertisements, job boards, cold calling, and networking to maintain a continuous flow of qualified, diverse candidatesAttend client meetings with recruiters to understand hiring requirements and business prioritiesProactively engage passive talent to market active career opportunitiesContribute to mapping and research initiativesUse available data to make recommendations on sourcing strategies for your area(s) of coverageAct as a brand ambassador leveraging a multi-channel strategy, in partnership with Brand & Communications, to promote our EVP in the target marketMentor and support the development of team members

 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

Experience in executive talent sourcing and talent/executive search researchExperience within the financial services industry or retained search services or related industriesProven ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsExpert in online recruiting research with expert knowledge of Boolean search techniquesExperience developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholdersAbility to manage complex assignments and multiple priorities while maintaining a quality pipeline, established key performance indicators (KPIs), and a high level of client service Identify issues using critical thinking, data analytics, prior experiences and judgment to make fact based decisions and recommendations
