Introduction:

 

We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for strategic talent sourcing on niche roles, identifying opportunities to attract talent, and working with our global team to support project-based recruitment. Your role plays a crucial part in providing additional support to the global Talent Acquisition teams and improving the overall hiring experience by increasing speed, reducing cost, and providing quality candidates. In this position, you will report to Nora Ragab, Talent Acquisition Manager in North and Central America.

 

This position is mainly located in York, PA, offering a hybrid working model.

You will join a team of recruiters who are enthusiastic about increasing talent attraction, talent engagement, and overall efficiencies.

 

We work closely with internal stakeholders, to provide quality service to our internal customers (the hiring managers).  The members in our team are located across Canada, US, and Mexico to support with our Talent Acquisition function in the region.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the Metso’s talent acquisition goals. Engage with potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and other platforms to create awareness and increase talent attraction. Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques, such as Boolean searches, AI-oriented platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), to find and track candidates. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the recruitment process. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.


Who you are:

 

Experience in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies Good networking and communications skills with the ability to engage with candidates effectively and build relationships. Motivated mindset with the ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality talent within specified timelines. High organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
