SUMMARY: Talent Specialist – Americas

This role provides critical support for Talent Acquisition across the Americas. Your main objective will be to ensure efficient coordination and documentation of all hiring activities and maintain accurate records. This role will have a heavy focus on driving continuous improvement, process efficiency across talent acquisitions, and project management.

RESPONSBILITES:

Coordinate and schedule interviews (on-site & virtual), ensuring all logistics are in place, including interviewers' availability, meeting rooms, and necessary equipment. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding interview scheduling & preparation, provide timely updates on interview status, and ensure debriefs take place following interviews. Coordinate pre-employment activities, such as reference checks, background screenings, and employment verifications, ensuring timely completion and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized talent acquisition records, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with the onboarding process and immersion process for new hires, including offer packages, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring completion of required documents. Support learning and development administration, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition metrics. Identify opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness across the talent landscape. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, learning, and development administration, suggesting improvements to enhance our processes and practices.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, learn new technologies and systems, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Tech-savviness: Comfort and proficiency in using various HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and case management tools. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Proactive approach: Self-motivated and driven to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations in talent acquisition and learning and development administration. Customer service orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional service to candidates, internal stakeholders, and employees throughout the talent acquisition and learning and development processes.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 3-5 years’ experience in HR operations role, preferably in a talent acquisition. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Must be proficient in English; preferred language capabilities Spanish or Portuguese.
