Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
As the Talent Strategist, you will be our tip-of-the-spear people person. You will be an integral part of the TheIncLab team—not an outside recruiter. You will work with candidates through the entire hiring process, as well as evaluate and improve the process itself to ensure the company continues to meet the demands of its customers as we scale.
You should have the ability to build relationships with our hiring teams and senior management to understand the needs of the business, have technical experience and/or a strong understanding of requirements of the technical engineering roles you will be filling, be proactive in helping the company identify and attract top-tier talent, and work to ensure those candidates who are prepared to contribute to our success and live up to our company values are hired and then thrive.

You should be able to understand the requirements of the technical roles the company is filling. Core Responsibilities
+ Design, lead and improve the company’s recruiting engine and hiring processes, including helping managers craft job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, and working with candidates and internal teams through the interview, evaluation, offer and onboarding process.
+ Source top-tier applicants by leveraging online tools, soliciting employee and relationship referrals, organizing recruiting events, and establishing applicant pathways through college and industry partnerships.
+ Develop an understanding of company products and services, business objectives, team hiring needs, and specific requirements of each position.
+ Contribute to the employee success team and support the development of career pathways for hired employees
Requirements
Capabilities that will enable your success
+ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. We welcome degrees in areas not typically associated with technology companies, such as Communications, Organizational Psychology, and Sociology
+ Relevant work experience includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, Human Development and Performance, and Communications.
+ Experience with technical recruiting and/or an understanding of the technical roles of a software development company is preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build networks and relationships.
+ Work with a sense of urgency and be outcome driven.
+ Familiarity with military and veteran hiring communities is a plus.

The company values time spent collaborating in-person and believes it results in better outcomes for our customers. To maximize your productivity, this position offers a hybrid schedule with two WFH days per week, subject to business and project requirements.
