Talent Strategy Project Manager

As a Talent Strategy Project Manager, you will play a significant role in the firm’s growth and client success.
You will support clients globally with a focus on the GCC region and ensure they can positively impact their business outcomes.You will work with clients and partners to lead projects across various sectors including banking, government entities, retail, academic institutions, pharmaceuticals, and aviation.You will ensure that you build and maintain positive relationships with your clients and across different team internally (sales, data, platform, finance etc).We will count on you to:
As a Talent Strategy Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with our clients on their assessment and development priorities, including end-to-end project management.
Delivers projects on talent assessment and talent management, including but not limited to high potential identification, succession planning, human capital transformation, and change, leadership development, and coaching.Build effective relationships with our existing and potential clients.Create and design custom assessments, reports, and solutions for clients based on their talent frameworks.Effectively manage projects and client engagements end-to-end.What you need to have:
Experience in complete end to end Project ManagementBachelor’s degree in human resources, Sociology, Psychology, or any relevant fieldProven experience in a similar field within a multinational organization, consultancy or a local companyProficiency in both English and Arabic LanguageWhat makes you stand out?
A master’s degree in organizational psychology or human Capital would be an advantageA qualification as a BPS Chartered Occupational Psychologist (or equivalent)About us
