The Talent Supply Chain Workforce Planning Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure the alignment of talent supply with organizational demand. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with expertise in demand forecasting, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration. The create a reliable view of demand forecasts, optimize talent supply pools, and drive accountability across teams to support the company's growth and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
Demand Forecasting:
Create a reliable view of demand forecasts and available supply pools, focusing on a rolling 90-180 days outlook.Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop rolling 3-6 months plans to address gaps in demand and supply matching.Resource Management:
Generate signals and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams for just-in-time expertise building and external hiring.Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of talent across projects and departments.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, delivery, and HR teams, to ensure alignment and accountability in workforce planning initiatives.Setup and moderate the Talent Supply Chain Control Tower to drive accountability and alignment across the organization.Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the organization's long-term objectives and market demands.Identify and address potential talent gaps, ensuring proactive strategies are in place to meet future needs.Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of workforce planning initiatives.Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for further improvement.Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new workforce planning processes and technologies.Develop and deliver training programs to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a dynamic talent supply chain environment.What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 18 years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Experience with data analytics and technology solutions related to workforce planning and talent management.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Our Values
