Talent Systems & Reporting Manager

Data Connects Us. **About the Role:** Confluent is looking for a Recruiting Systems Manager who will manage key projects on our Talent Operations team and drive greater consistency, efficiency and data integrity within our Talent Systems. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Systems & Reporting. An ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of success managing projects and stakeholders in a global operations role. **What You Will Do:** + Take a leading role in designing and implementing our new ATS, Ashby + Configure recruiting systems and processes to maximize team efficiency and data integrity + Develop training resources associated with new functionality and processes related to recruiting systems and reporting dashboards + Perform audits to ensure accuracy of data and compliance + Provide data-backed recommendations for system improvements to drive greater consistency, efficiency and data integrity throughout the recruitment process + Own core timeline, project management and change management for complex system changes that impact multiple stakeholder groups + Analyze, assess and resolve recruiting system (ATS, CRM, etc.) issues and inquiries, including system integrations and/or product upgrades + Assist with cross-functional requirements gathering sessions for systems-related projects and initiatives + Partner with and manage our TA Systems vendors to maximize usage and ROI **What You Will Bring:** + 4+ years experience working in Talent/HR Operations, Programs and/or Analytics + Hands-on systems configuration experience (experience as the “Admin” for an ATS or similar system) + Strong understanding of change management and a record of delivering on-time results in quickly evolving environment + Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills + Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and work independently **What Gives You an Edge:** + Experience managing vendor relationships and liaising with internal stakeholders such as Procurement to onboard new systems, integrations and/or system renewals; + Working knowledge of global employment law and public-readiness regulations and requirements (OFCCP, EEO, GDPR, etc.); + Experience optimizing People/Talent workflows across the employee lifecycle in a global environment; + Experience conducting cross-functional requirements gathering sessions; + Experience working with an enterprise-level ATS, Workday, Docusign, and/or GoodTime; + Experience building and delivering on a project roadmap; + Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using insights and a data-oriented approach; + Advanced reporting skills, including the ability to build and maintain recruiting metric dashboards in Excel and/or Google Sheets; + Curiosity and ability to think outside the box to explore data and discover meaningful trends + Desire to continuously learn and develop skills, including attending company-sponsored trainings and conferences. **Come As You Are** At Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture. This position has an annual estimated salary of $150,100 - $176,400 and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
