Job Summary:
The Tank Wash Administrator will provide financial and operational tank wash analysis for all Company tank wash invoices. This role will be instrumental in supporting the tank wash program by aiding in the functions that support management with a positive tank wash margin.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Research and resolve invoice disputes on tank washes to recoup charges Understanding contracts for correct billing practices Engage in regular meetings with team and management; addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations Identifying commodities that are set up on trailers to recoup charges Responding in a timely manner to a high volume of emails Processing a high level of tank wash invoices for a group of terminals and providing approval when applicable Supply tank washes with PO numbers, Coupa PO’s and EFS when necessary Performs other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
1-2 years of tank wash or product knowledge preferred 1-2 years of invoicing or billing experience preferred Experience with Google Apps preferred TMW knowledge preferred Experience with data and financial analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced knowledge in Excel Excellent analytical skills Organized and detail oriented Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, as requiredEducation and Experience:
HS Diploma Required, 4 Year Degree preferredPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
