About the Role As a Tanker Pool Chartering Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of a jointly managed fleet. You will develop strategies, and act as a vital link between shipowners, charterers, and other stakeholders.
The Tanker Pool Chartering Manager oversees the commercial and chartering activities within a tanker pool. This role involves managing vessel schedules, negotiating charter agreements, and ensuring optimal fleet utilization to maximize profitability. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute chartering strategies to optimize fleet performance. Negotiate contracts, including spot and time charters. Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Analyze market conditions and provide insights for decision-making. Monitor operational efficiency and address any performance issues. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and contractual terms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field. Extensive experience in tanker chartering and pool management. Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen.
