THE JOB:

As a Busser-Runner for TAP Sports Bar, you will maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The Busser-Runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. 

STARTING PAY: $15.20 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly mannerClean and sanitize all equipmentKeep floors free of debris and spillsSweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the propertyMaintain par stock levels in the beverage stationClean and sanitize tables and chairsRetrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroomAssist with proper stock rotationRun food as required by the Department
